An absolute pleasurable experience Marc was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and didn't rush me, even though I came in very close to closing time on a Sunday. Not one of those get you in and out and then out of sight out of mind kind of They're about establishing a relationship, and not just a one time sale. Not one of those get you in and out and then out of sight out of mind kind of places. I would never have found the truck of my dreams without Ed helping me out, simplifying the process, and making it all hilarious. I would never have been able to afford the truck of my dreams without the incredible help of Charlie and Sandy. Even when I wanted to come in and cancel extra things I added to the bill they didn't just push me aside but made sure I was completely satisfied without any regrets. These 3 really took care of me and I'm sure that I'll be back again to see them and the team. More

Excellent customer service I made an appointment to view a specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive, my salesperson John I made an appointment to view a specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive, my salesperson John Alligood was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient and courteous with my questions and inspection. Most impressive to me is the fact that although I live 60 miles away, Kelly Ford sent a driver to pick me up when my car was ready. Everyone I met at the dealership was polite and friendly. Exceptional Customer Service I had been injured in a traffic accident, and my poor car was crushed beyond repair. It took a while, but I finally regained my ability to walk and d I had been injured in a traffic accident, and my poor car was crushed beyond repair. It took a while, but I finally regained my ability to walk and drive, so it was time for me to find another car. My daughter suggested I call Kelly Ford because she had always heard such nice things about this dealership, and in particular a salesman named Chris, who apparently has made quite the impression on several of her friends who have worked with him in the past. I called the dealership and was promptly transferred to Chris. This man's demeanor was quite pleasant which immediately quelled any apprehension that I may have been harboring about my upcoming purchase. He listened to my story about the accident and my fragile condition. I told him exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for. He suggested that a new Ford Focus was just the car I was describing. I told him I was not familiar with this car. He then proposed that he bring the car to me so that I can see it in person and even take it out for a short drive. This caught me completely off guard. I quickly agreed to this, But it didn't stop there. He asked if he could pick anything up for me at the Publix he would pass on the way to my house. I was floored at that point. Where did Kelly Ford find this man? I am 87 years old and I can count on one hand the number of times I have been left speechless by the kindness of another human being. I thanked him, but told him I was fine. He showed up at my house several minutes later. He brought the Focus up my driveway and after an extensive introduction to the car, he helped me into the driver's seat. It had been 4 months since I had driven a car. He was not afraid to sit in that car with me as I eased it out onto the street. I drove it around the block a few times. It was very easy to handle, and I knew it was what I wanted. I told him that his job now was to get me the best price possible for this car. Now I may be old, but I am not feeble by any sense of the word. I am quite adept in the art of negotiation. Through a conversation on the phone, I was able to get what I felt was a very fair price for the Focus. Chris brought all the paperwork to my house for my signatures. After we completed this, he drove me back to the dealership to meet with the finance folks. I was blessed to have a nice young lady named Sandy work with me. She was as kind and gentle with me as Chris was. I can certainly see where Kelly Ford has earned its stellar reputation. Chris had my new Focus waiting for me when I left Sandy. He drove with me to my home because I was still not quite 100%. There he explained to me how all the buttons and knobs worked. It was a lot to learn and he told me that if I ever had a question about something, he was just a phone call away. Thankfully my eyes still work well enough to be able to read the owner's manual, which I set about doing that following day. Chris called me several times during the course of the next few days to check on me. I told him that I actually ventured out on a Sunday to go to church in my new little car. I finally had my freedom back, and I feel I owe this to that gentle man, Chris. More

Excellent I never used Kelly Ford before, but will not go to any other dealer. I have had a number of Fords from a good Orlando area dealer, but Kelly Ford took the experience to a world class level. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Ed Stallings,introduced to staff, did financing with Sandy Smith and had Doug Finwall fix a small bubble in the clear coat and a pencil lead dent, it has been a great experience. I contacted Kelly ford online and quickly received a response from a wonderful internet salesman Phil Pettus! His calls and emails were very professional he followed up just enough not to be pushy. I was also considering another car (Mercedes GLA). My last 4 cars have all been Mercedes and Audi. I was having a hard time leaving what I considered a luxury vehicle for a truck. Once I finally decided on the F-150 a few weeks latter. I went without an appointment to Kelly Ford. I was pre-approved by my previous lender and was ready to buy. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life I had no problem going as a single female to buy my next. When I arrived I noticed several employees standing at the door all looking at me.. Felt like they were all ready to pounce!!! Not fun when going to a dealership no matter male or female. Thank goodness I noticed someone walking to the internet sales trailer. I can not recall his name, but I think he was a manger. He escorted me inside to see Phil. Unfortunately at the time he was working with someone. They sent me to Chuck who was also very nice. This seemed to cause some obvious displeasure with some of the salesmen standing out front. I already had a list of trucks I wanted to see. Chuck showed me all of them he worked with me for over an hour pulled my credit told me I was approved for the 0% financing, but we just couldn’t make the #’s work on my MB E350 trade in. A few weeks latter I looked again NOW they had 0% AND REBATES!!! I called and talked with Phil. Gave him the info on the truck I wanted. He told me they would take another look at the info they had from my last visit and see what they could do as the next day way the LAST day of 0%. Phil called me latter that night and asked if I could come in the next day (it was his day off) Needles to say he made the #’s work!!! I was then passed to Sandra Smith who was BEYOND WONDERFUL!!! 5 starts wouldn't come close to describing her dedication in closing the deal!!! This wonderful woman went so above and beyond!! Sandra even spent an hour searching my trade-in for a necklaces I lost!!! Kelly Ford should be proud to have employees like Sandra and Phil!! I also wanted to mention how pleasant Nikolai Alfread was. He had no part in my sales experience, but went out of his way to ask about my new truck, trade-in and so on. He also is an asset to the dealership! Thank you Sandra, Phil and Nikolai! You have by far surpassed any experience I have ever had at a "luxury" Dealership! More
