An uncomplicated---and fast---car-buying experience. For weeks, I had been thinking of upgrading my 2010 Flex. Specifically, I was looking for a newer model, with less mileage. After much shopping around, through the Internet I found a 2013 at Kelly Ford. I had three goals in mind: to replace my car, lower the interest on my previous loan, and have the monthly payments fall within a reasonable amount. Somehow, I managed all three. Not only was my experience at Kelly Ford painless; it was all done fast, and things just seemed to flow. In particular, I was impressed by the skills of Casey Tucker, who was both friendly and professional. Mr. Tucker's performance was further enhanced by that of Sandra ("Sandy") Smith; Kelly Ford's Financial Director. Sandy's expertise made it all happen, bringing the entire deal to a happy ending. The fact that the sales team functions like a big family made for a pleasant environment. More

My service rep Traci takes care of all my needs and my service tech Tod is the best, keeps me informed on the needs of my cars, a great plus in my book. the people there are always very friendly and sandy in the finance dept. is very easy to work with. my advice , you need a good new our used car, you can't do better than a Ford and you can't do better than Kelly Ford More

What a refreshing vehicle purchase! We set up an appointment with Dan. He met us and right off and showed us the car we were looking at on line. It was beautiful, and ready for a test We set up an appointment with Dan. He met us and right off and showed us the car we were looking at on line. It was beautiful, and ready for a test drive right after he showed us the basics of the car. He let both of us drive it, with no pressure. After we drove it, and he showed us more about the car, he gave us time alone to check it out and talk it over. Once we decided we would like to purchase the car, he was very quick getting us the sales manager, Charlie. Charlie was great also, very nice and we came to an agreeable price quickly. Then we met Sandy, the business manager, she welcomed us into her office and proceeded to get the papers needed and explained everything as we asked. We drove off with our new car in a matter of hours of arriving. It couldn't have been a better car buying experience. And Charlie is still helping us with minor things even after the deal is done! Thank you Dan, Charlie, and Sandy for one of the best car purchasing experiences we have had. More

My husband had a very strict criteria of what he wanted in a truck so he searched the internet for the best value. He had originally looked at used trucks, but when he found a brand new F150 with everything he wanted for a little more that what we would have paid for a used truck, we decided to call and get more information. We worked with Chris Lefevre and he was super friendly and ready to answer all our questions. We ended up driving from across the state! Our experience could not have been better! Thank you Chris, Sandra Smith, and Cheryl Shaton for making this experience a great one! More

Doug will give you a headache Kelly needs to add signage or do something to clearly mark the sales entrance and parking. We were very confused as to where to go upon arriving. The layout and flow of the dealership just seemed to be unorganized and chaotic. The salesman had a tough time finding one of the vehicles that we were interested in looking at. We had been to 3 other dealerships, so we had a point of reference for comparison. In all fairness, we were there during the busiest week of the year. Our salesperson, Brent Slater, was okay. We could have done without the "visits" from his sales manager, Doug Finwall. We went into the dealership interested in the 0% and 0 down financing deal that had been advertised incessantly on TV and radio for the past month. The salesman told us that he didn't think that offer was still available and then proceeded to show us financing options with over 4% APR. When we were just about ready to bolt, Doug appears with this amazing deal for us - 0% financing. Exactly what we had requested right from the beginning! Of course, this was a much lower monthly payment and made it seem like he was doing us a great favor. My husband pointed out an error in the rebate amount that we were being given, but Doug double-checked with finance and told us that the #'s were correct. Of course after we agreed to purchase the vehicle at this price, then Doug came back and told us that there was an error in the rebate amount. We would have to give up the free 55" TV to cover part of the difference and Kelly would absorb the remaining amount. How generous of them! This did not leave a good taste in my mouth. My husband noticed that the cap on one of the wheel stems was missing. He mentioned it to the salesman and was told that it would be taken care of. Unfortunately we didn't notice util we got home that it had NOT been taken care of. The salesman has promised to mail one to me. Overall, I think that Brent and Sandy did a fine job, but I question the honesty of some of Doug's sales practices. More

Excellent Sales and Service I moved to the Melbourne area in 2015 and needed service on my 2004 Mustang and took it to Kelley Ford as a test. I was extremely pleased with their service personal and the quality of work performed. They were honest and thorough, conducting a full safety inspection of the vehicle even though not required in Florida, unlike my home state of Virginia. That car went back to Kelly for every subsequent service. Last month I decided it was time for a new car and, without hesitation, went back to Kelley and bought a new convertible Mustang. The sales and financing staff were as competent and thorough and honest as the service staff and made what is usually a traumatic experience a pleasurable one. Brent Slater, my salesman, although relatively new at Kelly, took the time to answer all my questions and to find answers to those he didn't know or wasn't sure about. There was absolutely no BS or pressure. The result was that I received a fair trade value on my old Mustang and walked, or rather, drove out with the car I wanted within the budget I had allowed, not a car that they decided they needed to sell. Needless to say, that car will be going back to Kelly when it is time for service. Bob Haines More

They discounted the new vehicle more than I expected and offered a VERY fair value for our trade, and they threw in a 55" flat screen to boot! I was extremely impressed with Marc Camelleri, he was very low pressure and patient throughout the process even hooking us up with a free trailer hitch. Vinny, Sandy & Cheryl were also great to work with. You can tell that the employees at this dealership are focused on win-win scenarios. They seem to be in for long term relationships with their customers. I will definitely purchase from them again. More
