Amazing place to buy a car!!!!! We went looking at cars on a sunday afternoon at Kelly ford and met Tristan Palmer. He asked us what we were looking for and we told him we were looking at edges and explorers and we didnt know if want ecoboost or v6. so we test drove 2 edges and 3 explorers we found the the right one for us and didnt feel any pressure from Tristan and staff to buy anything. Sandra in finance was great to work with she made every thing so easy and explained every thing very well. My wife and I feel like we were treated like family!!!!! Thank you so much!!! Fantastic Buying Experience I worked with Terry Shea in the Internet Department, Chuck the department manager and Sandy in finance to purchase a new 2016 Ford Escape from Kelly F I worked with Terry Shea in the Internet Department, Chuck the department manager and Sandy in finance to purchase a new 2016 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford's inventory. Terry answered all of my questions honestly and had our new Escape ready for our test drive when we arrived at the dealership. Chuck helped explain the ins and outs of the Ford rebates and dealer discount. Everyone at the dealership was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. The folks at Kelly never let is sit alone while we were negotiating and closing the purchase. Sandy in Finance was super organized and efficient with producing our finance documents. We needed to visit the dealer the morning after our purchase to change our state registration information. Carlos jumped in in Sandy's absence and got me on my way in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Kelly Ford and Terry Shea in particular if you are interested in a Ford vehicle. More

Excellent Service! During the past few months we were in the market to purchase a new vehicle. We had been in contact with other dealerships prior to this point and were During the past few months we were in the market to purchase a new vehicle. We had been in contact with other dealerships prior to this point and were very frustrated with the sales people that we had dealt with. On the July 04th weekend we contacted Kelly Ford and were put in contact with Tabby Collins – Sales Consultant. We told her the type of vehicle that we were looking for / price range. We arranged a meeting with Tabby and were very pleased with the service we receive from her and very quickly we realized that Kelly Ford was the dealership that we wanted to work with. It was a pleasure dealing with Tabby Collins. She was very friendly, happy, a good listener and more importantly was very knowledgeable and more than willing to work with us. After looking at many vehicles, she was able to find the SUV that we absolutely fell in love it. We would also like to extend to the appreciation to Charlie Algier - Sales Manager, Vinny Amore - Sales Manager, Sandra Smith - Finance Director AND Tabby Collins - Sales Consultant. They truly worked as a team and all played a very important part in making this a great experience. We will be returning to Kelly Ford in the future for our next buying opportunity. More

When we were ready to come in Jay had the cars ready that we wanted to look at and we moved quickly to signing a great deal with him and thanks to Charlie for working out the rebates and discounts. The next day we went back to find our new car meticulously detailed and all the paperwork in order. Sandy made it all easy to complete and we felt our overall experience at Kelly Ford was amazing. What a great team... No pushy sales techniques, no bs. We got what we came for and feel that our service experience will be the same. ED and Donna My wife received a promotion from Palm Bay Ford. On July 2nd we went to Palm Bay Ford with two things in mind. First to see what she won and the second was to test drive a Fiesta. When we arrived there a very pushy salesman approached us taking the promotion and telling us to sit down by his desk. I told him that we just wanted to see what she had won but he just said well it will not hurt to sit down at that desk. He then opened the computer and spent time asking questions and typing information. He finally gave us the gift card we won. At that point we left and did not ask to test drive anything as we knew we did not want to deal with him any more. On July 4th we decided to go to Kelly Ford to see about test driving a Fiesta. Jerry met us in the parking area where the Fiesta’s were. We went to a test drive and let Jerry know we were not at this point looking to buy a new car as we had a 2015 Focus we had bought in December. During and just after the test drive Jerry explained many of the features of the car. As the test drive ended Jerry asked if he could put together something just to see what it would cost. We said why not. When came back with a proposal we were pleasantly surprised as to what it would cost and decided to buy it. If Jerry had been the least bit pushy he would not have made that sale. After the sale Jerry got into the back seat of the car to again go over the features of the car. He also programmed my wife’s cell phone to work in the car (no one ever programmed her cell to work in the 2015 Focus). I would recommend Jerry to other people looking to purchase a car. More
