We browsed online and went to the dealership with a list of cars we were interested in. Reggie showed us the vehicles on our list and pulled them side by side so we could compare them. After test driving the vehicles of choice, we decided to purchase 2 new cars. The team worked with us to negotiate a good deal and secure the lowest rate financing. From the moment we walked in right through taking delivery of our vehicles, our experience was pleasent and the staff was happy and willing to help. We will be back to purchase more vehicles for sure! More

We received friendly and informative information from Phil Pettus that we requested. We decided to visit Kelly on a spur of the moment with out plans to purchase . We were met by Jerry Butler-Perez who was very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. He went in to check up on Phil , who was busy at the time helping another Kelly guest. Jerry came out and We explained to him that we were payment constraint. My wife really liked the Fiesta. Jerry found the right car for my wife and Phil crunched the numbers and they were able to help us with a payment that fit our budget. Jerry introduced to the service shop , parts department and thats we met many other key personnel that were very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure everything was world class. Tim Kelly, the owner-managing partner a Kelly Ford was personally involved, made sure we were treated correctly, and Sandy Smith in the business office was friendly and efficient. This was not Kelly forwards doing but they made good on the other dealers and wrongdoing and gave us a great deal a year on a new Ford Escape. Despite the dealership being a considerable distance from me I felt it was worth the drive and I was right. Terry helped me compare models and showed me options and features I wasn't even aware of, and I did a lot of research. You'll find that Terry will help you clarify all the confusion and help you make good decisions. He got me a better deal than I expected and the savings allowed me to buy an extended warranty and prepaid service which is important because I'm planning on keeping this truck until the wheels fall off! Sandra in the finance dept is a sweetheart and assisted me, like a friend, on which warranty and service package to buy. More
