Reggie Morton met me in the parking lot with a smile and showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy or badgering like most sales reps are. I felt like everything I said and wanted mattered and Reggie was willing to do everything to make it happen. Charlie Algieri was more than accommodating when it came to a fair price. I came in with my own financing already secured but Sandy Smith wanted to try and beat my interest rate. She did by a long shot!! Cheryl Shaton was excellent in explaining how to use all the "bells & whistles" in my new truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I bought a Focus from these awesome people last year but unfortunately my children Charlie McCarthy, Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are "The Dream Team"! I bought a Focus from these awesome people last year but unfortunately my children were in a car accident which totaled our car. As soon as the Dream Team heard what happened they took charge and within two days I had a new car and the only thing we needed to do was pick out the color and for me to sign the papers. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am and how compassionate they were knowing what my girls and I were dealing with in just their injuries alone.... Sandy guided me every step of the way in how to proceed with the gap coverage and the warranties and paperwork. Phil and Charlie were the best in making sure we could do what I really needed to happen. The day after I bought the new car Sandy called me to ask if I could come back in and sign a new contract because she just lowered my monthly payment!!! WHAT??!! Who does that?? THE DREAM TEAM does!! I am now a "Lifer" and if you're looking to buy a vehicle..... make your first stop the front door of Kelly Ford to see "The Dream Team"!! Love Them! More
