Our sales consultant, Brandon Rice, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured! As we finalized the purchase we continued to be met with the same high standard of courtesy by the finance director, Sandra Smith. We then received a warm welcome into the Kelly "family" from sales customer relations manager, Cheryl Shaton. This entire team were beyond measure in their kindness, respect, and sincerity for our satisfaction. More

No reason to get a Ford anywhere else! My experience with Kelly Ford, has been nothing but superb. Now, it may sound like I am being a bit over the top, but I am VERY much NOT! From compe My experience with Kelly Ford, has been nothing but superb. Now, it may sound like I am being a bit over the top, but I am VERY much NOT! From competitive pricing that kept me at the low end of the spectrum, to fast, easy, dependable and courteous service; they treat you like a King or Queen at their dealership. They are true to their word that they will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I made my own mistake in reading the quote. I was loud, obnoxious and rude, and after I realized MY error I apologized profusely, only to have them apologize to me even more (when it was unnecessary). They brushed off my performance like the professionals that they are and I couldn't be happier with everyone I encountered. I love my new car. They had to make concessions for me and delivered flawlessly. I am NOT an easy customer and they took care of my every wish. No need to ever look elsewhere to buy a Ford. More

Vinny Amore is excellent at his job - knew it well-very professional. Sandy Smith also was excellent and patient (we filled out a form wrong 3 times). She had a great sense of humor and we felt comfortable with her. It was an overall good experience. I have been at other dealerships and I have always felt pressured and uncomfortable but I didn't feel that at Kelly Ford. D. Rocco More

Always felt welcome and no pressure to rush a decision. Kelly's won because of the courtesy and patience Phil Pettus displayed. His knowledge of the vehicle and efforts to assist me are greatly appreciated. Sandra Smith was super and quick with the financial side and Cheryl Shaton was terrific in helping Mary and I understand the features and options on this vehicle. Phil in Number One in my book, highly recommend him. More

Phil was with another customer s We are completely satisfied with the way Phil and John Allgood helped when we visited Kelly Ford on Feb. 5 , 2016. Phil was with another customer so he introduced us to John. John did a great job, as a salesman he was very professional but made us feel comfortable. We never felt any pressure to buy at anytime. He answered all our guestions and even ones we hadn't thought about. It was late when we arrived, but he stayed right with us to the VERY END! I'm not sure but I think it was 9:30pm when we left. John gave us his cell no. If we had any trouble, and also directed us to I -95. We felt like he cared about making sure we were satisfied, not just selling a car. THANK YOU JOHN!! YES we would go back to Kelly Ford and will tell others about them. They are not just a team, they seem more like a family ?? Sandra Smith also stayed late to help us finish up the sale and was great to work with. She also explained everything to us and made the transaction go very smoothly. Thank you also Sandy. You help make up a great group of people at Kelly Ford. The next day we came back and Dan ,in service, took care of having the Xzilon put on the car and then Cheryl Shaton met with us and completely went over the computer part of the Edge . Stress free transaction I stopped in just looking to narrow down vehicle options. I ended up finding the perfect vehicle and was able to get a fair price. With the friendline I stopped in just looking to narrow down vehicle options. I ended up finding the perfect vehicle and was able to get a fair price. With the friendliness of the Brandon who I worked with it was very simple to sit down and discuss what we could work out and make a deal. It was very difficult giving up my old truck, but I felt that I was given straight forward answers and bought a new one at a reasonable price. I will definitely be stopping here first for our next purchase and would recommend to all. More

Help in Leasing a new Ford Fusion I hate the usual process of looking at cars and leasing or buying. This dealership did not pressure. They openly discussed inventory, leasing vs purchase, price, services offered and were very professional. Jerry Butler answered all my questions or got me appropriate information immediately. He was very professional in all ways and I felt comfortabe trusting him. I will refer my friends go to Kelly Ford and ask for Jerry Butler. Sandra Smith handled all the paper work for me and was very knowledgeable and professional She explained all the terms and options for additional warranties, road side service, etc. She knew what she was doing. After all that Cheryl Shaton provided all the training I needed at the time. She and her assistant are available to me at all times for additional instruction. Cheryl said she would be calling me to set a time when she would give me more training info. She encouraged me to use as many options as I was comfortable using to become more familiar and read some of the Ford manuals. She is a wealth of information, has the ability to share that information in a very clear and concise manner. Very professional. Leasing this car from this Dealership was a very comfortable experience. I feel very confident that the car will be serviced in a very professional manner. I will be recommending Kelly Ford, and Jerry Butler. More

New car purchase Our purchasing experience was outstanding, however, a hiccup was encountered which made the experience more time consuming. Mr Paquet provided us wit Our purchasing experience was outstanding, however, a hiccup was encountered which made the experience more time consuming. Mr Paquet provided us with details on the car we selected to test drive and explained the new technology and safety features. He explained these features in depth and was able to answer our many questions. This information made it possible to determine what features we wanted in our new car. He was determined to ensure that all details were provided to our satisfaction. Mr Amore worked steadily to obtain the car with desired features, including color and interior, that we wanted in the vehicle. Ms Smith explained in detail the financing and warranty and answered follow-up questions with a smile. Ms Shaton provided at least an hour presentation further explaining features and setting them to our specifications. We couldn't ask for more courteous service from all. The one hiccup was Corporate's institution of an on-line DD-214 verification that no one in the dealership had experienced previously. Mr Paquet took it upon himself to obtain instructions so we could complete the process directly on-line and is now the EXPERT on this application for future transactions at this dealership. More
