The cars are beautiful, and the salespeople seem nice, until you have an issue,---and there will be an issue! Unfortunately, today I was forced to file a complaint with BBB for their failure to properly p until you have an issue,---and there will be an issue! Unfortunately, today I was forced to file a complaint with BBB for their failure to properly process the paperwork. I am now being charged for 2 cars. The one I have and the one they have. To offer more details--- I purchased an Audi from Exotic Motors on November 29, 2025. Immediately after the purchase, the vehicle proved to be nonfunctional. The dealership kept the vehicle and attempted repairs from November 29 through December 11, 2025. Despite these efforts, the vehicle still did not run. I discovered the continued issues on December 15, 2025. After further discussion with the dealership, we agreed that I would trade the Audi for a Lexus. Exotic Motors took full possession of the Audi on December 19, 2025, and it has remained in their possession since that date. I was assured that Exotic Motors would notify the finance company, process the return, and request a payoff amount so the Audi loan could be closed. However, the finance company informed me on February 2, 2026 that Exotic Motors has not contacted them at all, has not requested a payoff, and has not submitted any documentation indicating that the Audi was returned. Because Exotic Motors has failed to complete the required paperwork, the Audi loan continues to appear on my credit report as active and delinquent. This is inaccurate and damaging, as I have not had the vehicle since December 19, 2025, and the dealership has had full possession and responsibility for it. I have contacted Exotic Motors every business day since January 1, 2026, leaving calls and voicemails requesting updates and resolution from Martin, their finance person. I also sent an email to their general email and asked to speak to the owner to assist with resolution. They told me 'no one speaks to the owner' and 'there is no manager', he is on lunch, he is with a customer, he just left, he is on break, he is out right now. Every time, it is a different excuse. They have not corrected the issue, have not communicated with the finance company, and have not provided any confirmation that they intend to resolve the matter. As a result of their inaction, I am being held financially responsible for a vehicle I do not possess, cannot use, and legally should no longer be responsible for. This situation is causing ongoing and measurable damage to my credit standing and financial well‑being. Please be good to yourself and find another dealership! More

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience overall. Car must have been inspected by a blind technician. Communication was non existent until I showed up. They wouldn't let me test drive the car on the highway (guessing they knew it needed $1200 plus worth of suspension work). No floor mats. Swapped out the custom tail lights while waiting for them to "top off fluids". Bring me to my next issue, the window washer pump was inoperable. Thats just a little bit of what was found after 1 week of buying it. Buyer beware. More

Lies right from the beginning. First the photos depicted a car in good condition with the owners manuals being in the car. The sales person, Sandro, assured me the oil was changed as he stated is how they treat ALL their vehicles. Here is what I discovered when I received the vehicle 1. the oil was not changed, it was very old and thin. 2. the passenger seat back was broken. 3. No manuals with the car. 4. Evidence there was a front-end collision, not disclosed 5. Now I have found the sub-frame is rusted out on both sides. I would never recommend this dealership for anything. All I received from the sales person was double talk and lies with no offer to cover the cost of all that was not disclosed or simply lied about. Typical used car salesman, very untrustworthy. More

Sandro and his general manager have been very good to work with. I would definitely do business with them again.
