Had a very nice and seamless purchase experience at Shottenkirk!! I first made telephone contact with Eddie Heffron. We spoke and texted a few times. I conducted an online search of what I wanted in an F150 XLT 4x4. I was able to find the perfect truck for me; forwarded my truck choice to Eddie, who then started the paperwork process. He made it clear that there was no obligation to purchase if I did not like the truck once seeing it in person!! Upon arrival at Shottenkirk I met Eddie, who then introduced my wife and I to Randy, our salesman. Randy was very easy going , knowledgeable and displayed no over bearing, pushy signs of some vehicle sales persons. Randy and Eddie worked with us on some purchase numbers, we came to a quick agreement and the truck went home with us!!! A very nice and stress free vehicle purchase experience!! More

Everyone that we encountered at Shottenkirk Ford was very polite and helpful. We didn’t physically meet with Austin, just talked on the phone. For that interaction, he was great. Keith is the one that we actually met with and we thought very highly of him.
