Great place to buy a pre-owned car! I bought a new Lexus at this dealership 14 years ago. I loved my 2002 GS430 but it was time to replace it. As I was looking for a less expensive used I bought a new Lexus at this dealership 14 years ago. I loved my 2002 GS430 but it was time to replace it. As I was looking for a less expensive used car, I never expected to be treated as well as I was the last time. I could not have been more wrong. My salesman, Sanjay, was outstanding. HCL has hundreds of vehicles on its lot, but Sanjay was so knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, as well as about my old GS430. There was not a question I asked he did not know. I had not planned to trade-in the old Lexus, figuring I could never get enough on the trade-in to make it work- but he worked with me and got me a very fair price. Sanjay and everyone at the dealership treated me like I had just bought a brand new car! It is so wonderful to go into a dealership that is respectful of your time, cares about helping you buy what you want, and quieting reminding you that this is THE place to buy a car- even if it is not a brand new Lexus. I know I am not a frequent buyer, but the next time I want to buy a new car, I will go right to HCL of Sharon. It is no wonder this dealership has won so many awards! They are well deserved! ES300H I have been a Herb Chambers Lexus customer for about 22 years. I have leased 8 vehicles during that time. I had been contacted by the dealership, as I have been a Herb Chambers Lexus customer for about 22 years. I have leased 8 vehicles during that time. I had been contacted by the dealership, asking me if I wanted to trade in my 2013 RX 350. The lease had only been about 50% completed and I had decided when I leased the RX that it would be my last leased vehicle. My next car would be bought, not leased. So this was a difficult deal to get accomplished since there was negative equity in my RX. For the first time, I had the chance to work with Sanjay. We discussed all the available options for me. The most financially advantageous option was to lease again but I did not want to do that. After working on the numbers, Sanjay presented my offer on a 2015 ES300H to George (sales manager) and stated my case. Throughout the whole process, I felt that Sanjay was my advocate. After some back and forth negotiating, we made a deal. I now know why Sanjay sells so many cars for Herb Chambers Lexus. He was calm and reassuring throughout and I firmly believe he fought to get me the best deal possible. Once the deal was completed, Janine took over in getting the paperwork filled out and following up on keeping me updated as to when the car was ready. Even though the dealership was extremely busy the last few days before the new year, Janine called me several times to update me. Once the car was ready, she spent a good deal of time going over the features of the ES 300H. There is a reason as to why I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Lexus for 22 years.
