I recently purchased a Lexus RX350 from Herb Chambers in Sharon. My Sales consultant Sanjay Khairmode was the best sales consultant that I have ever dealt with in my many purchases of any vehicle over the Sharon. My Sales consultant Sanjay Khairmode was the best sales consultant that I have ever dealt with in my many purchases of any vehicle over the years. He is/was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in and made a compelling reason for me to upgrade to this vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highst he was a 20. His follow thru during the entire process was outstanding. He continues to contact me, even a week after my taking to delivery to see if there are any issues and to offer his assistance. When I took delivery he came in on his day off to meet my time table, even though he was facing an end of the month holiday weekend where I knew he would be busy. He ensured everything was ready when I arrived. Unlike many sales consultants that I have dealt with in the past, he also addressed my wife as a party to the purchase and not just someone who needed to sign paperwork. She took great notice of the same. Every person at the dealership that we had even the smallest dealing with were very freindly, profession and willing to go the extra mile. Many others may say they provide the quality and level of service that Sanjay and all the others at Herb Chamber Lexus did, but few deliver...especially after they have the sale completed. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus (and Sanjay Khairmode in particular) for your next vehicle needs. More

Sanjay Khairmode, my sales rep and primary point of contact, was stellar… from my first visit to test drive through the purchase and then delivery to my residence, he was exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Scott Brothers, sales manager, was efficient… he was reasonable and made it happen quickly. My total negotiation time occurred in less than three brief phone calls from home in the evening after my visit. Clayton Zak, finance manager, was diligent… he offered other purchase options then smoothly executed the paperwork while providing additional information throughout. The dealership, HC Lexus of Sharon, was unlike any other I have seen… spacious, spotless, and classy. Aside from the showroom floor, it felt more like a hotel than an auto dealership with lounges, business center, fireplaces, TVs, kids playroom, breakfast and lunch, and coffee bar. I have never had a car-buying experience like that which I had recently at HC Lexus… I will be back to duplicate the process in the future. Herb – you should be proud. Thank you. More

After an extensive search online I decided to go to the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership at Sharon since it had a large collection of used cars in my budget and mileage ranges. Being award of the high pressure of buying a used car as well as sale consultant's methods, I supprised with the experience there when working with Sanjay Khairmode. He was friendly, patient and helpful in assisting me on information gathering and test drive of several vehicles of my choices. The negotiation with him and his managers went smoothly; they even offered a $500 coupon and an additional cut in price. He spent few hours with me to facilitate rather force the trade, and was very responsive to my requests and questions above and beyond my expectations. His managers and colleagues in the finance and service department were also friendly and helpful. I returned to exchange the vehicle for another and again Sanjay and the service department provided an excellent service.
