Sansom made our buying experience a pleasure This was our second experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. We had run into similar issues at other dealerships as our first time shopping This was our second experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. We had run into similar issues at other dealerships as our first time shopping around; aggressive salesmen. As a female making the decision, I will go out of my way and even pay more to not be bullied, speed-talked, and attempted swindling. Sansom was such a breath of fresh air to negotiate with . He was consistent, friendly, and had a sense of humor. In the end, I really wanted him to have the sale because of his unusually pleasant demeanor. We still got the price we wanted with the car we wanted, but the experience was joyful. Thank you Sansom! More

My experience at Northwest Chevrolet was very pleasant. I came in prepared to hit up by sales pressure but was pleasantly surprised. Nissan Rogue I bought Nissan Rogue from Chevrolet of Bellingham. This was my first time buying a car, and I would highly recommend Sansom Lo as a sales manager. He I bought Nissan Rogue from Chevrolet of Bellingham. This was my first time buying a car, and I would highly recommend Sansom Lo as a sales manager. He was professional, experienced, and answered all of my questions. I drove from Bellevue to check out this car. This dealership closes at 8 pm, but he stayed there until 9 pm to accommodate our needs. A week later, I took the car to Nissan Dealership to get a full new buyers inspection on the vehicle, and there is nothing wrong with it. Without any doubt, I will go back to this dealership for my next car. More
