To begin with they did not offer any help whatsoever when we said we lived 4.5 hours away and wanted some help with gas money or delivering the vehicle or even meeting half way. Sansom said "if you want it y we said we lived 4.5 hours away and wanted some help with gas money or delivering the vehicle or even meeting half way. Sansom said "if you want it you have to come and get it" Sansom lied to us and said they do not work with HAPO. We found out that they did when the finance manager said they did work with hapo. Sansom didn't know when the oil was last changed. There was dog hair in the back seat and I asked if it was detailed and he said yes. When we went for a test drive the gas light was on, the truck had less than an 1/8 of a tank. When asked if they could fill it up sansom said they couldnt because they didnt get reimbursed due to it being a used vehicle. The finance manager went from being very social to being completely quiet when we told him we didn't want the warranty. Then went on to talk bad about the truck being purchased saying "well the truck is from Canada your going to have problems with it" and talking about a story when a buyer's transmission went out as he was driving off the lot and that he was glad he bought the warranty. We also told Sansom to please have all the paperwork ready for when we got there we could just sign and leave. We get there and none of the paperwork was started. We drove 4.5 hours and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to do all the paperwork then drive another 4.5 hours back. Also the finance manager totally downplayed our credit score. Me and my wife were both about 820 and it was a surprise for me and my wife that we finally got over 800 and the finance manager says "yeah but this credit score is for cars if you go try to buy a house it's a different story". The facility was nice and clean like any other dealership. But the people we had to deal with weren't knowledgeable and blaintantly lied to us. We didn't feel special or valued in any way. The only reason we bought the truck was because it was one that had specific things I was looking for and couldn't find locally. Also I told Sansom I wanted to use the plates from my previous truck instead of being charged for new plates and Sansom had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. He thought I was trying to get some sort of a discount. They need to brush up on their dol knowledge because since I had license plates from my previous truck I didn't need to be charged for new ones. I'm still waiting on a check from them for the overage. More
