Santiago Serrano could not have been more helpful. My Sonata broke down on a Sunday night. I had it towed to the Potamkin parking lot where I left it overnight. I came back to Potamkin the next mornin My Sonata broke down on a Sunday night. I had it towed to the Potamkin parking lot where I left it overnight. I came back to Potamkin the next morning, with no service appointment and 15 cars (with appointments) waiting in line ahead of me. Nevertheless, Santiago met with me, listened to me, and helped me.
