Total Team Effort- Just this past Saturday my wife and I took our daughter’s car in for a Warranty Repair. The initial write up was done by our Service Advisor- Santiago. My wife & I had our daughter’s vehicle ready for pick up, in record time. I coordinated the service on Saturady with Santiago, Service Advisor at Potamkin, and on Monday I requested the Roadside Assistance via Bluelink App. They came and gave a jump to the battery and I was a Service Advisor at Potamkin, and on Monday I requested the Roadside Assistance via Bluelink App. They came and gave a jump to the battery and I was able to make ti to the dealer.
