Worst dealership ever force positove reviews when u purchase! Only to discover they sell cars that require expensive maintenance within 3 months of purchasing! Even when you purchase their premium warranty plus they charge u 100$ to diagnosed their poor judgement!! Don't ever buy from GMC Crystal Lake ull be sorry!! I'll be reporting to Attorney General, FTC, General Management, local police to male report and disputing charge on card! Disgusting business practices GMC taking advantage of your customers! More
