"Love my new car!!"
My husband and I visited Imperial Ford last week with my brother and sister in law to buy a new car and based off of their experience, went back this weekend and bought ourselves one as well. We already knew which one we wanted from the previous visit. We got there today (Saturday) at 11am and were able to leave with the new car at around 1:30pm. It was so fast. Although I will say that the later you go in the day on the weekend, the busier it is. The weekend before we got there at about 2pm and it was pretty busy so that should be expected. Overall awesome experience. Santos is a friend of my husband's and he helped us out TREMENDOUSLY at both visits. Thank you to everyone at Imperial who helped us get in our new rides!

"Best new car experience ever!"
I had a specific Expedition EL I wanted, and found it online at Imperial. We needed it for a trip to Fort Myers Florida in February. We live in East Windsor Connecticut, and it's quite a drive to get to Mendon, about an hour and a half to two hours depending on traffic. I called Santos out of the blue on a Saturday and asked if the Expedition was still available (it was), and we would be there to look it over in a couple of hours. When my wife ,and I got there Ali met us at the car in the parking lot; it was around 0 degrees, and blowing (you don't get that kind of service, ever!). I don't know if he was waiting for us, or luck of the draw, but he was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. The expedition was everything we were looking for, the price was exactly as quoted (no hanky panky), and the sales tactics were laid back, no pushiness. Would I recomend Imperial Ford...Absolutely, without reservation. All our future vehicles will come from there, Ali in particular. (By the way, six days after the purchase we drove three thousand miles round trip without a single hiccup!)
I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Imperial Ford, the process was very easy with no pressure thanks to our Sales Rep Gerard Souza....He really made it very easy....friendly and took care of our concerns.....We had to drive 60miles to find the Fusion we wanted and it was well worth the trip.....I would definitely recommend Imperial Ford......Thanks again Gerard Souza for all your help....

"New Car Purchase - Very Satisfying"
From when my wife and I walked in the door on Black Sunday the last day of the advertised sales we both felt very comfortable. Our sales man Jon came out and walked us through the lot (a very large inventory to choose from ) looking at various cars and asking questions to get an idea of what our driving habits were and what we were looking for. After a little while I mentioned that I saw the ford fiesta that I wanted in an ad on their web site. He asked if I had the advertisement with me and then went and got the exact car that was listed. Surprise of surprise, I figured that would be unavailable and or sold already. No bait and switch here!
He brought the car around and we went out on the test drive. Loved the car, great visibility, very peppy performance for a little commuter car. Jon is about 6'5'' tall and he got in the back seat so my wife could be in the front. No worries about the headroom for passengers.
Needless to say I wanted the car and we were off to the showroom to write up the paperwork. Next I dealt with William; I think he would title me as "Creative Credit Required" and he was able to come up with a package that financed everything. He took the time to answer all our questions.
All in all in about 1.5 hours I had purchased my car and still made it home in time to watch the Pats game. This was the best new car experience that I have ever had. I recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a new car.

Had an excellent experience with both, and with the FI Manager Will Granata along with Sales Managers Mike Kind and Mike DiMella. Very friendly dealership. My local dealer in CT was unable to locate a new Explorer with the color and options I wanted. He searched all states from Mass to PA. As a result, I decided to begin the search on my own to include the states Maine down to Maryland.
My overall experience with Imperial was fantastic. They were one of only a few dealerships that carry a large selection of vehicles with all different options. Their inventory is absolutely amazing. A few results came back from my search and I reached out to the dealers for quotes. Santos did an excellent job with pricing the vehicle I wanted. No one even came close to his price point, which included other dealers in Mass, NJ and PA.
Doug greeted us as we pulled into the lot with friendly smile. Since I knew I was interested in a particular vehicle he began to show us it. He knows the Explorers inside and out. He definitely is an expert in using the navigation system. I was also impressed with knowledge of the history of the dealership and service center. He was not pushy at all like most people in sales are. He is very personable and relates well to his customers. We purchased the car with no pricing hassles or anything else to worry about. Doug even guaranteed the minor ding in the door would be taken out by his crew upon pick up and he delivered! We traveled over 130 miles/2 hours get the car we wanted and it was well worth it. Job well done! Doug, needless to say, I will be back for that Raptor.

"After doing what I would consider extensive homework on..."
After doing what I would consider extensive homework on Ford dealerships I came to the conclusion that based upon my findings Imperial Ford was rated at the top of the list so I thought it worthwhile to visit the dealership. I then began communicating with Santos at Imperial and explained that I was in the market for a Raptor at which point he sent me the vehicles the dealership had to offer.
I went to the dealership on a Saturday and was greeted by Mike Peters. I told him why I was there and he immediately took me to the vehicle.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and given the fact it was not a basic or common vehicle I was very impressed. Back into the dealership(which was the nicest I have ever been in) we worked out a deal for the vehicle. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the first greeting to the closing of the transaction.
He was the same the day I came to pick up the vehicle and through everything we talked about I was very proud of how Mike praised the dealership and its owner Kevin and what they as a team stand for.
I run my own business and Mike is the kind of employee we all strive for. I will be in the market for a vehicle for my son and you can be sure I will be calling Mike.
