Sara was very patient showing us each of the many features, especially the nuances of the navigation and vehicle app. Dan Messick explained the optional warranty and maintenance services available but did not ram them down our throats as MOST dealerships do. I can truthfully say that this was THE best experience I ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. More
