I have a 2020 Ford Ranger which the battery went south on me. I started to go buy a new battery and replace it myself; however, looking at all the hardware attached to the terminal I elected to have a profes me. I started to go buy a new battery and replace it myself; however, looking at all the hardware attached to the terminal I elected to have a professional replace it!!! I looked at making an appointment, but it indicated a few days before a slot was available. I called in spoke with Service Advisor Sarah Pope. Sarah said to bring the vehicle in and she saw no problem with getting it worked in and getting me on my way. Upon arriving, I met Sarah and she handled everything. Yes, there was a slight wait, but there were customers ahead of me, so waiting was of no problem. Sarah came to me in the Waiting Room and told me they were putting things back together and it should be only about 10-15 minutes more. Again, that was no problem. A short time later, Sarah came back out and said it was ready. Seems that I still had a warranty and it cost me nothing. I cannot say enough about the courtesy extended to me from Sarah. She is an employee that every employer needs to do all they can in order to hang on to her. She is definitely an asset to the Company. Thank you very much, Sarah!! More
