I’ve dealt with better service advisors. Sarah failed to regularly communicate the progress of the minor services that were completed on my vehicle. Only one of the struts were replaced on t Sarah failed to regularly communicate the progress of the minor services that were completed on my vehicle. Only one of the struts were replaced on the back door after being told they were in stock. I waited 3 hours for services that took approximately 15 minutes to replace the struts or whatever it was on the back and more than 2 hours for tire rotation and re-balancing because the balancing was not done correctly the first time. We were starving and no compensation was offered. Very disappointed in this service advisor. I had to find her several times to inquire about progress of my vehicle’s service. More

I ordered a part for my car I called and ask how much to install part on the car I was told $500 to install the part I was shocked out of my mind so I decided to drive my car over to the shop ask again and install part on the car I was told $500 to install the part I was shocked out of my mind so I decided to drive my car over to the shop ask again and was told it would cost $ 100 when I got the truth I was very satisfied but if I didn't bring the car over for them to check it out I would of not purchased the part ordered and I would of been very unsatisfied everyone don't have $500 to pay for installation More
