Sara is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my car service for our two Honda cars. I always have questions before any car service and love getting Informed and educated answers. Honda pricing is o service for our two Honda cars. I always have questions before any car service and love getting Informed and educated answers. Honda pricing is ok and anbout average in the industry. The 3% surcharge on credit cards used to pay for service or repair bills is too high and may hurt Honda in the long run. May get customers go elsewhere out of principle. I thought about this myself before. So, why not share the charge? Honda eats 1.5%, customer pays 1.5% as that would work better and be more widely accepted and assured more customer loyalty. Just constructive criticism. And, oh yeah, please eliminate the stop start feature in your future Honda cars. The incentive for it is being eliminated anyway, or already was. It’s the most hated car feature I have ever heard of and has kept me and many of my friends from even considering a new car purchase. My 2018 Honda does not have the stop start feature and I love it. Thx. More

Nothing felt rushed or pushed, which I really appreciated. I’ve always brought my CR-V to Mile High Honda for service, and this experience was another reminder of why I keep coming back. The team is consistently professional, honest, and efficient, and the level of care they provide really stands out. It’s rare to find a service department you actually trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend! More

My many visits to Mile High in 14/15 years have always been great. I've given many people good reasons to go to Mile High. The people I've dealt with are real pro's. Daut, Robert, Jesus, and more. Sarah was great and service was thorough. While Sarah was lovely to work with, I did feel disappointed in the overall service of my vehicle. Drop off went well, but I always feel pick up is isolating and quick with minimal interaction. Sarah did not check me out and I stood in the service area for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then once I did get helped, it was just a pay and go. I got out to my car after it was pulled up to my windshield being cracked, which was not there before. While I understand cracks can happen, it would have been nice for that to be noted. The next day I noticed a leak in my garage and had to bring it back in. Very inconvenient. Drive is far and to take more time off work was not ideal. Then I was told to wait in the waiting room and I would get an update as soon as possible from Sarah in the service area. Instead I waited 40 minutes for an update and then it was via in text not in person. My break fluid had leaked due to movement which honestly didn't seem like an honest reasoning or even the proper way for break fluid to be changed. Mile High Honda has been my choice of service for both my cars but with three bad experiences now I'm not sure it will be my choice anymore. More
