Before we visited Atlantic Honda we shopped around in order to get an understanding of "market" values for the Accord and our trade. We visited many dealers and the experience we had with Anthony and Rich at Atlantic Honda was second to none. Unlike every other salesperson we spoke with on our journey Anthony was the only one that took the time to explain the full functionality of the car. He was able to answer all our questions and while he was a tough negotiator he was fair and more importantly straight forward. When it came time to pay there were no hidden fees. The price was just as we agreed upon. The car was spotless when we picked it up. It looked like a brand new car even though it had 28,000 miles on it. The showroom was clean and everyone was dressed professionally. Our dealings with Rich and Sarah were equally as satisfying. The only negative was the long time to complete the paperwork. It seemed to take forever but I guess that's par for the course when you trade in one vehicle and purchase another vehicle. I would certainly recommend Anthony and Atlantic Honda to those that want a professional and honest car buying experience. Thanks to all for making this an enjoyable experience. . More

He is the consummate professional who knows how to extend customer service, is highly efficient, and streamlines the "entire" process. He creates an atmosphere that is comfortable and makes the experience quite pleasant. We highly recommend John - you will not be disappointed. We bought a Honda civic sedan and it is amazing. Everyone there except for the ones that may curse a little to much and play too much was amazing, they really work with you. Just Seemed Untrustworthy I found a listing for a vehicle on eBay and Atlantic Honda's website. The description indicated "This Gr Honda is clean and shiny exterior makes it l I found a listing for a vehicle on eBay and Atlantic Honda's website. The description indicated "This Gr Honda is clean and shiny exterior makes it look like it came straight from the factory." However, upon closer inspection of the pictures, there appeared to be a dent in the rear lift gate. I submitted the form asking for clarification on the condition, details on the dent, and any other issues that may have been undiclosed. I received a generic response indicating they had plenty of Odysseys in stock. I responded again asking for a response on my specific questions. I received virtually the same generic response. Finally, I heard from a 'real' person that indicated a 'preowned specialist' would be reaching out to me since they knew much more details about the vehicles available. That was 3 days ago and still no response. In summary: - The vehicle description did not appear to match the actual vehicle condition (I have to assume this, since they still have not confirmed or denied the dent) - Questions were completely ignored/bypassed - I cannot trust a company that cannot get the basics right. More
