I found a very good lease offer online for the Honda Pilot a I wanted to write a review fully endorsing this dealership, and especially John Marshall. I found a very good lease offer online for the Honda Pilot and inquired about the special. The following morning I was called promptly by the internet business development manager who clearly articulated to me the lease special and specifically what would be due at signing. After car hunting for 2 weeks and getting very frustrated with bait and switch tactics at other dealerships, at this dealership the advertised lease special was true and accurate. Mr. Marshall was my product specialist and was highly professional and accommodating. I actually needed to have my current vehicle (CR-V) inspected by a third party before I turned it in and Mr. Marshall took ownership of the situation and allowed me to leave my vehicle and provide access to the inspector. This task is not part of his job description but he went above and beyond to help me out. At the end of my lease I would totally come back here and request John Marshall specifically. More

When I saw the car I wanted on-line, I chuckled because I bought my 2004 Accord at Atlantic Honda. Now living 162 miles away was not a deterrent because the car is solid and a pleasure to drive. Just as importantly, the Atlantic Honda Team, from Sarah and Belinda, my initial contacts, to Terrell who accompanied me on the test drive, to Richie the manager, Michael and Matt at the desk and the most stellar of sales reps ever, Larry Ellis, who went above and beyond anything I expected, made this experience the best of all purchases I have ever made. Added bonus for anyone buying or having a car serviced anywhere in the world: the dealership is absolutely IMMACULATE, including the Ladies' Room. So happy to see a dealership that has only gotten better over time! More

Before I made my decision to go there, I did some prepare work via internet, I checked the survey and customer feedback, I found the Atlantic Honda is the highest rated dealer in long island. Even it’s a little bit far for me (40miles), but compare to the excellent customer service there, distance is nothing. I wrote my first email to Atlantic Honda, within 10 mins I had already got the answer from Sarah, she kindly helped me to set an appointment with the sale consultant Jesus, who has the top rating in the dealer rater. Jesus is professional, courteous and attentive, never put any pressure on us to consummate a deal, Negotiation process was smooth and positive, I am very satisfied with the service that was provided to me. everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
