I am not satisfied with the work they did on my car. I got the car yesterday and it is driving the same and the engine light came on today. I paid $3559.98 and it is not running right, plus I couldn't I got the car yesterday and it is driving the same and the engine light came on today. Had my tires rotated and oil changed, it took almost three hours. This is way too long. Additionally they couldn't find the person working on my car so they couldn't locate my key when it was complete s three hours. This is way too long. The sales experience was awesome. We had an issue with parts and detail. We had to keep driving there from over an hour away to get wrong parts that were supposed to be included when We had an issue with parts and detail. Everyone I was in contact with was very welcoming and attentive. I was informed before the service what the total estimated cost would be so there were no surprises. I liked the fact I was provided with attentive. I was informed before the service what the total estimated cost would be so there were no surprises. I liked the fact I was provided with a video showing what was done to my vehicle. The estimated wait time was accurate. I was overall very satisfied with the service. Just one question: is it customary to leave the paper hang tag and floor protector in the vehicle after service? I do not recall the paper floor mat being left in the past. More
