I bought a brand new Sentra and the check engine light came on after only 5,000 miles. I took it to Lupient Nissan and nobody in their service department had the skills to check the code so I had to come came on after only 5,000 miles. I purchased a 2017 Kia forte Dec 2nd. Was in the service center for work on a plug/coil issues from Dec 14th - Jan 25th. Jan 25th have zero heat in the car in Minnesota. Extremely satisfied! I had the pleasure of working with Rocco who showed us a 2013 Optima SX. He was extremely knowledgeable and not in any way pushy to make a sale. He guided us through a test drive and we absolutely loved the car. We ended up buying the car and Rocco even worked with the finance department to come in a 1/2 percent lower than what we were approved for at our bank. I highly recommend working with Rocco and the Lupient staff. More
