Saul was Extremely courteous and top rate in taking care of me. He determined my car rattles came from my moon roof. I made a new appointment, and Saul had a loaner waiting for me. Saul - Customer Service - 5 Stars, always. Saul is always willing to help me with any issue that may arise, takes the times to listen and always explains what the next steps are.
