I am satisfied with the good customer service, however, the party quoting the spare parts price needs to quote the correct price for their product. My service representative was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Was a bit surprised that my oil service and simple components check took two days. No loaner cars offered only option was a Ly friendly, and helpful. Was a bit surprised that my oil service and simple components check took two days. No loaner cars offered only option was a Lyft arrangement. Not comfortable with that option so had to impose on others to transport me back and forth. Otherwise pleased with service representative and thorough service and video explanation of components check. More
