Schneider Limose, my service advisor, consistently goes above and beyond. I had major recall work done on my C300 that I anticipated would take 1 month to be fully repaired. Schneider was able to ensure it above and beyond. I had major recall work done on my C300 that I anticipated would take 1 month to be fully repaired. Schneider was able to ensure it was done within 3 days and I got the car back detailed/ washed and looking brand new. The cars are nice— that’s a given at Mercedes— but the service experience with advisors who put in the effort is what sets this place apart. More
