Keep Calm & Stay Away! To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact aside and instead took us to his desk. After the test drive, he was very pushy with obtaining our personal information, despite us informing him we were not ready to make a decision, yet. He also told us the True Car savings that was previously quoted to me was incorrect, and then asked to see the email on my phone, and used my phone, without my knowledge or consent, to forward the email to his own personal email (not work email). He also used my personal information to run a hard credit inquiry, even though again, we made it very clear we were not ready to make any decisions. He refused to provide any pricing information, and instead kept asking us what we could afford, information which we weren't comfortable providing at this point. He didn't even have a business card to provide us at the end. This was our first car-buying attempt of the day, and it was the worst. Luckily, the remaining dealerships (Subaru, Honda & Toyota) were a much better experience. I know it's not the process, but the people. More

My salesman, Heivy Gomez, was extremely helpful and accommodating. At no point did I feel uncomfortable with negotiating with Mr. Gomez, and I felt like he actually went above and beyond to make me feel such way. However, when manager Schuyler Miller came over to the desk to talk about pricing, I have never felt more disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Not only was Mr. Miller abrasive and rude, he had no problem asking condescending questions, such as, "Well if you liked that car so much, why didn't you buy it?" (referring to a vehicle at a different dealership)- as if it were his right to know. This conversation ended after less than 5 minutes, as we left immediately. I just want to re-iterate how helpful and kind Mr. Heivy Gomez was as far as the selling aspect. However, the management, specifically Schuyler Miller, has little to no regard for customers. His pupils looked like dollar signs as soon as he walked over. It's truly concerning that this is supposed to be one of the faces of this dealership. He sure didn't make buying fun, or easy. More

Knowing my car is over mileage I decided to take advantage. They tried to roll my excess mileage fees into the fees for the new car! Ignored my $2500 voucher as well. In addition, their website also said $1000 credit for recent college graduates in the last 6 months which I am and I brought my diploma. I was told I could not use this in addition to the other stuff they were even honoring. Nothing anywhere says they can't be combined and they could not give me a real number. I have leased 5 cars over the last 12 years and never have I felt so enraged by a dealership. Anyone who settles with this dealership certainly did not do their homework and got ripped off. More

Very good price on new 2014 Pathfinder, purchased Oct 3, 2013... BUT - 2.5 months after NissanUSA refunded them the $2495 extended warranty I cancelled, they have not refunded that money to me. - Nissan 2013... BUT - 2.5 months after NissanUSA refunded them the $2495 extended warranty I cancelled, they have not refunded that money to me. - Nissan46 overcharged state sales tax, which I caught them out on and, guess what, they have not refunded that. - They are also supposed to refund the overage on the $425 Registration fee. Nothing yet. After leaving a dozen messages with the Finance guy I dealt with at the time of the sale, I got a callback from Schuyler Miller (sales), who referred me to Paul in Finance. Lots of promises to get back to me with a full accounting but nothing since December. Last week I filed a complaint with NissanUSA, which will take it up with the dealership but, ultimately it will do nothing more than that. Why would anyone forewarned buy a vehicle from a dealership that conducts its business this way? More

Salesperson: John Magginnis... Excellent person to deal with. He was very attentive, and listened and responded to our requests and needs. I would definitely seek him out again. "Deal Person": Schuyle with. He was very attentive, and listened and responded to our requests and needs. I would definitely seek him out again. "Deal Person": Schuyler Miller... He presented my deal on a piece of notebook paper written with a Sharpie. I thought this was unprofessional. Route 46 Nissan is afterall a business and as such, I was expecting more in this regard. First, it was hard to read the numbers on the page. Second, it was hard to understand the numbers on the page. I ended up doing a lease, which I wanted to calculate myself using a lease calculator on my smartphone. The numbers needed to do this, were not the numbers written on the page. He was more interested in providing the monthly payment number (a number I needed to substantiate), rather than the numbers that went into calculating that result. This in a nutshell gave me the perception of impropriety, though after much discussion back and forth I finally figured that there was none. Finance Person: I don't remember his name... First, I did not leave the facility with a copy of my signed contract. When I asked for it, I was told it would be mailed to me. I believe that this may be illegal. Second, I was told that window etching, which was done on ALL their cars is required by the DMV. When I later researched this, that statement turned out to be a lie. The monthly payment amount, which I initially agreed to, already included the window etching. But not until I was ready to sign the lease agreement was I told that window etching was one of the elements that made up the final payment number. Recommended? YES for the outstanding price we received, NO for the sales process. The buying process was not "Fun and Easy" it was to be honest, rather stressful. Three years is not a very long time and when my lease is up, I'll probably end up using Route 46 Nissan as a price benchmark to hold to other dealers and buy elsewhere. More
