BE AWARE ROBBED! !! I called in to come in and buy out my lease, Bret Shellhammer told me to come in the switch is super easy and fast. When I got there I spent FIVE !! When I got there I spent FIVE HOURS fighting them to NOT CHARGE ME FOUR thousand dollars for warranty . They we’re trying to convince me that I cannot buy this car without paying 4 extra thousand trying to negotiate until I said I will absolutely NOT buy it . Once that happened I was told ok but there is a fee that we have to charge as the Nissan dealer ship which is 3 thousand dollars and that fee is unavoidable . This was Approved BY SKYLER MILLER . After being there all day I ended up signing the paper work. OVERPAYING over 3500 dollars . Only to find out that they sold me my own car as a used car for more money. Instead of paying the 14000 that I was supped to pay I ended up paying over 19,000 !!!! When I was leaving messages and calling people at Nissan 46 no one called me back. Even the GENERAL MANAGER MICHAEL CIBELIS didn’t bother calling back . AFTER READIng MULTIPLE REVIEWS I SAW I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY DID THIS TO! ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING AFFECTED BY COVID AND WORKING COUNTLESS HOURS TO SURVIVE IM EXTREMELY UPSET AND GUTTED BY THIS SITUATION HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL READ THIS AND ABOID THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!!!!! Not sure if Brett actually wanted to sell a car. I asked for numbers several times and he kept repeating “we’ll have to see” without going to see what the car would cost. I came in with estimated payments d for numbers several times and he kept repeating “we’ll have to see” without going to see what the car would cost. I came in with estimated payments done over the phone from the dealership on a specific car to not waste anyones time if it was too much and Brett’s estimate was way over. I understood that over the phone is not entirely accurate but shouldn’t be way over. He explained monthly would be much more once taxes and such were included etc. We came to your store with the full intent of buying an Altima and left feeling like we wasted our time. I don’t think Brett took us seriously so didn’t make much effort as if we were bothering him to make a deal. Left with no car and annoyed. It was like we showed up to someone’s house unannounced and interrupted their day. His loss as we turned around went right back to the previous dealer and bought from them instead. Thanks Brett! More

Never purchase a car here, but if you do never...ever use their auto service. They will try to oversell you on absolutely everything, even inventing bogus car problems and forcing you to get them fixed there their auto service. This dealership is a joke. I've read nothing but bad reviews. Both Bret and Bernard are liars. They charged me more than the car was worth and ran my credit even though it was already ran with my capita reviews. Both Bret and Bernard are liars. The put me with some random loan company (global lending services, which I still haven't heard back from and they also have bad reviews). They told me to lie to the loan company as well regarding how I paid the down payment. I didn't receive no copies of the paperwork I signed on 7/2/21. That is unacceptable. I did ask for copies but Bernard told me I had to wait. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Bret also got into an argument with my husband on the phone and threatened and mentioned troops to handle us after us trying to return the car because they lied. I have no paperwork for the purchase of my car except for a receipt. STILL WAITING. More

Worst experience - fraudulent dealership - do NOT buy here! We bought a used Rogue in June 2020. The purchase process was ok, but then it got really bad. We paid USD 339 registration fee and WE STILL HAV here! We bought a used Rogue in June 2020. The purchase process was ok, but then it got really bad. We paid USD 339 registration fee and WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR LICENSE PLATES. It is December now! We can prove that Nissan 46 never processed the registration. We have been driving with expired plates for months. We emailed and called at least a dozen times and our sales associate Bret Schelhamer has never acted and always found excuses and told us lies for months, such as: The DMV is on it. We are now in the process of informing the NJ attorney general of this apparent fraudulent scheme and hiring a lawyer. Again, it is not worth it - do not buy here. More

The most deceptive dealer I have ever experienced The first thing I noticed is that Yelp flagged them for giving themselves reviews (in violation of federal law). I confirmed this with Google reviews as most of the reviewers are fictitious having given only a single review. We saw a good price on a Nissan Kix. It was listed as "Certified Preowned". The sales person confirmed it on the phone. When we went to buy it, he pointed out that it is "Pre-certified preowned" and that if we wanted it certified, we would have to pay another $950. We refused and wanted the car with its original warranty. Then, in financing, the finance guy through in a $995 "prep" fee. He said that everyone pays a prep fee for used cars. I refused, so he removed it, but I am certain that they cheat a lot of people who don't have the confidence to say it is just an attempt to cheat the customer. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I have never encountered a more dishonest dealership. More
