My car purchase nightmare!!!!!!! I was referred to Nexcar by my brother that knows a salesman that work for this dealership.I was told that they had a good reputation and quality vehi I was referred to Nexcar by my brother that knows a salesman that work for this dealership.I was told that they had a good reputation and quality vehicles. DJ was the salesman that I was referred to. I looked at a variety of vehicles and came the decision to purchase a 2015 Lexus ES 350 with 39,000 miles. I noticed that the vehicle had minor body damage so DJ suggested for me to get the other Lexus that did not have any noticeable damage and it was the same color of the one I picked. I agreed with him and proceeded to go inside to start processing the deal without test driving the vehicle. MAJOR MISTAKE. I finished my paperwork and was very pleased with experience until I drove the car home. The brakes went all the way to the floor and the car was making a rubbing noise. I called DJ and explained what was going on and was told to bring the car back and I would be put in a loaner car while the problem was being taken care of. I took the vehicle back like I was instructed to and no one was aware of anything and DJ was off. He never once said I'm not at work today when I spoke to him. I finally was helped by a manager named Bishipp that made arrangements for me to drive a loaner car . I thought that the issue was solved WRONG !!!!! I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived today to pick up my vehicle and the nightmare began. I got in the car and it was dirty with thick black marks all on the floor mats and the sun visor. When I dropped the car off it didn't look like that at all. I proceeded drive off the dealership's parking lot to get on the interstate and the brakes went all the way to the floor and the noise was still there!!!!!!! I called the dealership and was told someone would call me back . NO PHONE CALL. I finally called and wanted answers. I spoke to a general manager and he expressed that he would send a wrecker to pick the vehicle up and take it to the Lexus dealership for repairs. At this point I'm boiling due to the fact that I have traveled from Sugarland to Spring on several occasions . No one expressed any type of empathy due to the fact of negligence on their behalf. I asked Bishipp what was I suppose to do for a vehicle since the wrecker was in route to pick the vehicle up. Long story short I had to pay uber 50.00 to take me from Sugarland to Spring got out of Uber to get in to the loaner vehicle and the tank was almost empty. Needless to say as I'm writing this review I'm in the emergency room because I have allowed myself to get so upset that I've flared my lupus. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE VICTIMIZED BY THESE PEOPLE . PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE VEHICLES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THEM. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW CAN THEY KNOWINGLY CONTINUE WORK AND DO WOMEN THIS WAY WITHOUT A CONTENTIOUS THOUGHT OF WHAT IF THAT WAS MY DAUGHTER , MOTHER OR WIFE IN THIS SITUATION. More

Best car buying experience ever. I saw the BMW X3 that my wife wanted on their website. I called an spoke to Rosario and he was so helpful. I told him that I was pressed for time and I saw the BMW X3 that my wife wanted on their website. I called an spoke to Rosario and he was so helpful. I told him that I was pressed for time and he suggested that I fill out an online app. By the time I got to the dealership he had everything and approved. I took the vehicle to my wife and by the time we got back they had all of the paperwork ready. We walked right into the office and signed the paperwork. DJ and Sonya did an awesome job on getting the vehicle ready and following up with us a couple of deals later. Best experience ever. More

The last dealership I dealt with, the staff only cared about making the sale and not giving you the deal you want. Not so with Nexcar in Spring, they work with you until you drive away a happy customer. I recommend this dealership to everyone!
