After the Sale SUCKS! Bought a car from them and had it less than 24 hours and the A/C went out. We were told to bring it back and it would be fixed. It was not. Took it back and they have had my car almost 3 weeks, had to pay my first payment with nothing to show for it. They say they will call you back - they don't. You call and they put you on perpetual hold and won't pick up. My finance company tried to talk to them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. They just want you to hang up. My husband went up tp talk to Scott and he didn't want to hear anything. If they were reputable - IF - they would at least reimburse the first car payment, but no. They do not car. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! More

Patient, Great Customer Service, Hassle-Free Experience I can say with affirmation that my experience was worth the wait! I got to ring the "PURCHASE BELL" and drove away in my new car a HAPPY WOMAN! On my way to the dealership with my son I was very anxious and nervous, I had received a pre-qualification letter from my bank "Capital One" who referred me to Nexcar Dealership. I like my bank and trusted they were steering me in the right direction and so I took a chance and visited Nexcar with the intention of purchasing my first car through financing. I walked up and was greeted by a sales rep and once I informed him I was their to meet with "Tee" (sales rep) I was quickly directed to him. Despite my nervousness he made the process seem effortless he took my information (repeatedly said "Don't worry, I got you) and while I waited the other sales reps were courteous and reassuring. The atmosphere was light and airy there were burst of laughter and like the others that purchased their car and rang the bell as they got in their new car and drove away, I wanted that to me too. - N.
