Superb customer service! I went to this lot for a New-to-me car. I have to say, I have never ever EVER received better service from a car dealership than I did from Nexcar. I went to this lot for a New-to-me car. I have to say, I have never ever EVER received better service from a car dealership than I did from Nexcar. I will tell everyone I know to go there! They bent over backwards to find me a payment and interest rate that I could afford and even drove over 10 miles to pick me up because I haven't had a car in 5 years. When I got there, everything was ready for me, I just had to sign the papers and walk away. I HATE hanging out at car lots for hours and hours and would rather have a root canal without benefit of anesthesia before sitting in one forever. Nexcar and their people made it painless and a breeze and I am beyond thrilled with my Fiat! Thank you again, Scot Seim and Phil Gemmer! More

Good bussiness? Walking in will be your first mistake! I'm warning you... just stay away! Do you have anything from bad to average credit? Stay away!, are you looking for a good after sales service? I bought a car from this place, no doubt they have a good inventory, however their price is way higher than Kelly blue book under the excuse that "is only to boost your credit and next year you bring this one back and get you a better deal" yeah I'm an idiot!, they convince me to pay 30K for a 2011 Maxima less than 2 weeks ago and I already regret it. I was told they will give me the spare Key when I get back to get my License plates... and guess what? "We deeply apologize, there is not spare key! but you can pay us $300 instead of $500 at the Nissan dealer" (Remember that Scot Seim? sure you do!) They will lie to you, they will burn your cellphone, they even have sandwiches and soda! But the bottom line is that YOU WILL REGRET IT... one way or the other, YOU WILL! More
