Fantastic Dealership, Fantastic Salesman, Fantastic Car!!! I cannot put into words how astoundingly pleased I am that was provided to me by Bettenhausen Dodge and employee, Scott Abramowicz. I purchased a 2014 100th Anniversary Dodge Challenger this week, picked it up this afternoon, and am absolutely thrilled with the dealership setup (big thumbs up for their no negotiation/no pressure policy), its employee friendliness/helpfulness, and the high standard they've set for customer efficiency. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Dodge, and if "stars" were the rating system, would give Bettenhausen 10 out of 5 stars! More

Great Experience I went to Bettenhausen Dodge to look for my first car. I was truly impressed with the attention he showed me. I bought a 2014 Dart and Scott worked to get the monthly payments where I wanted them. I will definitely recommend Bettenhausen and Scott to my friends and family. Scott really made my first experience for car buying easy and enjoyable. More

I came in to purchase a Dodge Journey from Scott. I had visited previously at the recommendation of my father and returned when I was ready to buy. It was a Saturday and he was extremely busy but he always let me know exactly what he was doing and kept me updated on times, etc. I even took a Journey home and then came back on Monday because I found I couldn't live without Navigation. Scott went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle I wanted, WITH Navigation, sent someone all the way to Elgin (twice) to make sure I had it that night. I really feel Scott and Bettenhausen went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's nice to know that someone values your time even when you aren't buying the most expensive car on the lot. This is my second purchase from a Bettenhausen dealership, first purchase with Scott. I would absolutely recommend both. They've definitely earned my repeat business. More

My "NO" is a qualified one for this dealership. Dodge gave me Yokohama tires that are bad for snow. Dodge and the Dealer refuse to do anything. Scott A yelled at me and was impolite because I was firm about the issue. Van slides going around corners from stop. Traction control slips on dry, salted roads from a stop on 25mph urban roads. 20 Mph in hard pack snow and van slides several van lengths. I traded in a Ply Grand Voyager, a very similar vehicle that did not have these tendencies with Goodyear tires. Further, Consumers Reports says Yokohama tires are not good for snowy regions. I spoke with Dodge, there response as "You test drove the van…" and my response was "Nov. 30th with no snow on the ground yet. How could I test drive the van/tires in snow?" silence. Then Dodge said, "the tires were on the van description." I have the sticker and there is no mention of tires. Further, folks test the vehicle when you go for a test drive-quietness, controls, comfort and so on. All this matter not to Dodge. Bettenhausen offered to get tires, but they could not get the Goodyear Triple-tread(the all - season tire comparable to the Yokahama) but only the integrity tire and one cheaper tire. Further, their price for the Goodyear integrity tire was higher than the retail price I was quoted by Goodyear, for the Triple-tread, a better tire. All in all, while the shopping experience was stellar with Bettenhausen, this tire issue is a safety issue and neither Dodge nor Bettenhausen is going to step up and stand behind fixing the safety issues. More
