I called Bettenhausen Dodge wanting to test drive a 2012 Durango RT that I found on line. I spoke to Scott Abramowicz who went outside to physically make sure that vehicle was there then took posession of t Durango RT that I found on line. I met with Scott (never met him prior) who seemed to be very friendly, a "people"person. He looked over the vehicle with me & I liked how it looked. He then allowed me to test drive it alone so I wouldn't have the pressure of a salesman with me. I never was able to test drive alone in all my 30+ years of buying cars. Turned out I loved the vehicle. When I returned we were able to work out an agreeable price with my trade-in without me feeling any pressure at all by Scott. He also did not play the running to a bigger boss game. I bought the vehicle then & there. Scott is very friendly & does everything he can to work with you to make buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience. He does not pressure you at all to make a purchase. This vehicle purchase was the most enjoyable that I can remember. I did not feel any stress or pressure thanks to Scott. I also had a couple of small things done (program a new remote, secure a seat cushion cover, air the tires, etc) in the service dept. Al Cecconi took care of me and was also friendly & made the customer feel like he was on your side working with you. He made sure things were done in a timely manner. Over all I was very pleased with this dealership & would highly recommend anybody to come here if you were looking to purchase a vehicle (new or used) or if you have a Dodge to come here for servicing. I have heard good things about the Bettenhausen Auto Group. I have now experienced first hand the good things I heard. I felt I needed to write this review so others would know that this is a great dealership & not hesitate to come here. More

My name is Maggie and I just turned 22 years old. I recently purchased my first new car from Bettenhausen Dodge. Nick Pattenaude gave me a couple minutes to check some cars in the showroom and he started explaining the choices I had. He was very calm and friendly, so it was easy to learn about the car. I needed to know a little more and decied to take a test drive. Scott Abramowicz helped me with searching for cars on the lot. Scott was also very calm and answered all my questions! Scott made the choices very clear for me. I was not car savvy when I walked in, but the experience of the employees was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The process of actually buying the vehicle was made very easy too! Scott had a wonderful office that made me see what a wonderful guy he was and what a beatuful family he had! Scott made the different choices for financing very clear and evern wrote up different scenarios depending on what I wanted to do. It was a wonderful experience at Bettenhausen. It turned out to be an extremely exciting experience as well. Oh! and the best part was the cookout Bettenhausen has every Saturday! It was so nice to be able to eat, since we were there for so long. I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Bettenhausen for anybody with car needs. More
