One thing that like about Honda of Lincoln was they do NOT charge any DOC fees or any other fees like the Omaha dealers do. He actually suggested to me to take each car to a mechanic to have them checked out, which I was going to ask. He and the staff were very reasonable in the negotiation process as I got a very good price. In addition, they were very friendly and professional. No pushiness at all. Also, he gave my friend, a previous Honda customer, a referral check. I will recommend Honda of Lincoln to anyone I hear needing a car. And I will go there first in the future myself. Thank you. (Note: Below I said I was left alone for more than 5 minutes on a couple occasions. It was busy, and I totally understand. This should in no way diminish this review. Robert instantly won our trust and did an excellent job in being very efficient in listening to our needs and providing us with the vehicles we wanted to look at and drive. Robert's best quality was one of "listening to the customer", which we appreciated so very much. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and helped us set up our information center in the CR-V that we purchased, always putting us first! Scott was the finance person who assisted us through the financing process. We so enjoyed getting to know Scott as well. Scott was very personal and we felt right at home. He performed his job very effectively, taking us through all of the processes and explaining all of the benefits of the program(s).
