He did not tell us we would pay tax on the amount (it was added to the total cost of the car, raising the amount we will be taxed on at the DMV), nor did he explain that it had separate components that we could have eliminated and then paid a lot less for only those components we think we’ll actually use. Additionally, he was not transparent about the fact that the standard maintenance outside or oil changes and tire rotation is not included until we asked that question. We feel like we were not well informed by Scott, which makes us feel like we were duped. More

I have never purchased a veichle from Honda of Lincoln, but now wish all of my previous auto purchases had been there.. I am aboslutely impressed wirh the entire process. He was so coscientious about kreping me in the loop with the status on service and detailing of the preowned 2015 Honda CRV.. I had test driven the vehicle shortly after it had been traded in and it was in less than adequate condition. When I went to pick it up it was sitting on the showroom floor with a big red bow on the hood and it looked like it was brand new. I have never felt so stress-free and excited buying a car. I think Tristan was as excited as me to deliver my car. Thank you Honda of Lincoln and Tristan for one of the best car purchase experiences ever.
