Fastest service ever! Service staff is amazing. Took my Rav 4 in for the 10,000 mile maintenance which detailed oil change, checking fluids, rotating tires, etc. Was out of Service staff is amazing. I've been with Metreo Toyota since 1989......and the service dept. is a huge reason why. My only issue was no car wash, but it was cold outside (in the teens). More

By the time I need to use them, they are ALWAYS expired. **Also, I received a bill in the mail from Metro Toyota for $50. There is no explanation of what it is for. The date on the invoice is for the day after I came in for service (Sunday). I paid in full for my service so am wondering why I received a bill with no explanation. I tried calling, but get voice mail. Not happy about this. More

I been servicing my car, only for oil change, tire rotation and a car wash witch is included. I drop the car off and they have a driver to take me back to my job and then pick me up. His name is Ken and he is been driving me back and for all this years. Very nice person and that is the kind of people that works at Metro Toyota. The location is perfect for me, my job is only 2 miles away. The employees are very polite, on time and informative. I'm not making any of this up, Only a person who purchase a car from Metro Toyota knows what I'm talking about. Service is very smooth sailing, no one is pulling their hair, like some one screamed Obama Care. I purchased a Ford Taurus from Bob Gillingham Ford on Brookpark Rd and that was a night mare, I took the back for so many mechanical problems, and every time I when to pick it up, everyone running around like idiots. Because so many car in the shop for repair. That's when I realized it wasn't just my car, so I toll my self I'll never purchase a ford again. More

Mike "English" was great. Before taking ownership we had a few requests to get taken care of which Mike promptly did. At the time of pick up we noticed rear tail light lens contained a film on the inside (we did not notice during the initial test drive). Mike scheduled an appointment and within a few days and it was promptly taken care of by Scott in service. Both tail lights were replaced, although the right tail light had a scratch, Scott said he would call me back when a replacement is available. More
