Disappointed a little & surprised Brought my NEW car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. Did it at lunch time and waited in lobby. All was great except I realized they didn't w Brought my NEW car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. Did it at lunch time and waited in lobby. All was great except I realized they didn't wash the car. I called the next day to confirm that was a standard. I got an apology and bring the car back and they would wash it. Disappointed that such a basic part of the maintenance process wasn't done. Makes me always wonder what else wasn't done. Was also suggested to me that one of my filters needed to be changed out. I kind of shake my head at that one being the car has less than 13K miles on it. But most disappointing was the lack of follow through on the lack of a car wash. More

Leasing a new Toyota Camry Tony Overman was willing to assist me in the search for the Camry I requested. Scott Barrier is always helpful in the service department. He is efficient and honest in explaining options for service on my car. Overall I have had excellent service from Metro Toyota for a long time (over 15 years). More

The work on all was done on time and the service personnel and car dealership as a whole were most accommodating. Vextra thanks for ckeaning the drivers side mat which had some dirt. More

Tire rotation service I was.abke yo schedule an appointment within a few days accommodating my schedule. I arrived and shortly after met with Scott Berrier. He went over my request, within a half hour or so it was ready. He went over the Multipoint Inspection Sheet and answered my questions. He is a great Service Advisor! More
