We went in the showroom and were warmly greeted by Ramona Plumlee, and I was immediately put at ease as she listened to my tale of woe. Ramona asked all the right questions to help us navigate the car buying landscape. We ended up with a Certified 2015 Sienna XLE that fit our needs.
