While standing in line I could see into an office and on a white board there were written numbers showing profit and Service Dept Goals. They clearly profited greatly from our visit. Don’t get me wrong they were quick and professional and I have peace of mind the work was done right but the prices were SKY HIGH!!! More

It was properly taken care of, I guess. The problem was the noise from wheels or drive system and my concern was if there are any issues for the drive shaft which there was before. It appeared not from the shaft at this time but the issue always makes me nervous due to the following reasons. 1. significant noises, 2. quick worn out of tires, it is going to be 4th tire even the mileage is just about 77k, 3. unreasonable cracking of windshield glass with no stone chip, already replaced twice. The service I received was good but there are just concerns for the vehicle. More
