Great service! I had a very unexpected dead battery the two days before July 4th as well as a sliding door cable that malfunctioned. My car was towed to Metro and ev I had a very unexpected dead battery the two days before July 4th as well as a sliding door cable that malfunctioned. My car was towed to Metro and eventhough I didn't need my car back until after the holiday my car was repaired and ready for pickup withing 24hrs. All the employees from Robin who scheduled my appointment to Scott who dealt with advising me on repairs needed and cost it was an entirely pleasant experience. More

Rear breaks I had the free inspection along with my service and was told I needed my rear breaks replaced. I was told I was only breaking with front breaks. I sai I had the free inspection along with my service and was told I needed my rear breaks replaced. I was told I was only breaking with front breaks. I said I would consult with my husband at which point I was near another place that services brakes and had them replace them due to convenience with my schedule. I was shown brakes in very good condition that did Not need replacing. It still ended up causing me money. I was disappointed because I have been a Toyota customer for almost 20 years More
