Whenever we asked for videos or basic details about the vehicle, he was responsive and provided what we needed in a timely manner. Also, even though she had already been preapproved with our local credit union, they were having issues for some reason at our credit union. Bob immediately offered an alternative solution that allowed her to get her a lower interest rate. It all worked out perfectly, and she’s getting her car delivered next week. More
