We have a daughter and three grandchildren that live here in the valley and a four-year-old Westie named Abbey. I enjoy all sports and have friends in NASCAR I enjoy spending time with at the track.

Ms. Cline - First I want to thank you for taking the time to leave us a comprehensive review of your experience with our establishment. We have reviewed all your visits this summer in great detail, from evacuating and recharging the Freon from your HVAC unit during a recall appointment. During your second visit regarding your AC, our technicians found a leak and the replacement of the O-Rings between the values which was covered under the Extended Warranty of your vehicle. During your third visit our Service Director witnessed the issues you had brought to our staff's attention regarding your AC unit again making an unpleasant noise and blowing warm air. After evaluation we determined that there is a leak and performed all suitable services to ensure your satisfaction and correction of the issue at no additional charge. All parts utilized were Subaru parts and listed on the repair order you've received copies of, after each appointment. Each visit a loaner was provided to you, during a shortage of available vehicles. We understand you were/are busy and we tried our best to accommodate your schedule. We also would like to note that you never spoke with Angela Mattix, we believe you are confusing her with Anne-Marie Luther who waited o you during two of your visits to our store. We would also like to note that you purchase your vehicle at a different retailer and your first service visit was 10/26/20 at 50,059 miles. I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations.

As the owner of Superstore, I personally want to address this review. We have and always will go above and beyond with our clients… and make every effort to accommodate ALL customers regardless if they have purchased from our dealership or not. However, there are times when demands are not able to be accommodated and within a timeframe a client requests. We make every effort to provide loaners cars (we have 75 of them), shuttle rides within a 15 mile radius of the dealership (in order to keep a rotational schedule for client convenience), and provide complimentary Lyft/UBER rides to all customers if a loaner is not available or the shuttle is beyond the given radius. In this case, we had no prior notice of the service needed when the client arrived on the service drive, had all loaner cars scheduled for other clients for that given day, but, did offer to take the client home. The client declined our offer and contacted his original selling dealer to bring his personal car down from Prescott since their lack of proper vehicle preparation created the client’s issue in the first place. Subaru Superstore was given the task of and went above and beyond to repair the car the same day which, was accomplished by moving our scheduling to get his car in and out same day. Other dealers would not have done any of this and would have simply placed the client in the repair queue… we did all we could to accommodate (and correct) a walk in, non-scheduled repair the same day. We strive to satisfy all clients within a reasonable means and timeframe. Again all repairs completed the same day without a prior scheduled appointment.
