I emailed about a vehicle and they got back to me promptly to set up a test drive. Scott Bernard met my wife and I at the door with the keys and off we went. Even tho the car was not a Cadillac, Scott was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. We got back to the office and was able to work out a deal without any back and forth, it was a no pressure environment. Once that was done, Jen Beamish went over all the financials and paperwork in a timely fashion and we were on our way with our new vehicle. So I went to the dealership to look and maybe do a test drive. I was greeted by Scott Bernard and he made the entire experience enjoyable. There was no high sales pressure sales tactics just conversation and test drive. After talking about what I was looking for we spoke about some numbers and I was able to take the ride home for the night. The next day and about an hour the vehicle was ours to take home. Scott did a wonderful job the entire way through and the handoff to the Finance manager Jen Beamish was very smooth. I recommend that you go to this dealership if for nothing else the experience but I'm sure you will end making a purchase. More

Shortly after, I was approached by sales consultant Scott Bernard. He allowed me to look at the vehicles I was interested in close up. I test drove the vehicle of my choice and was permitted to keep and test drive the vehicle for 24 hours. Mr. Scott Bernard made by buying experience very pleasurable. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. He was patient and didn't seem to mind the many questions that I asked. I did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or make any quick decisions. Ms. Jenn Beamish also provided excellent customer service. She thoroughly explained my finance options and did a great job securing me an excellent interest rate for my purchase. Mr. Carl Labarca was also friendly and offered great financial advice. I would highly recommend anyone to visit, if they are interested in purchasing a Cadillac. More
