Scott Berbard listened to my requests and patiently waited as I was finalizing my decision to purchase an ATS. I appreciated his polite reminders and emails in which he indicated his availability and also showcased the variety of cars that the dealership offered. When the time for the sale came, Mr. Bernard was a true professional who was attentive and collaborated with me throughout the process. At all times I had no doubt that he was invested in my well being and listened to my needs as I was navigating across the plethora of choices. The Dealership is equipped with talent and caring individuals. My New Purchase I had been looking at the Cadillac SRX for over a year. I had even gone as far as pricing it's tires and battery, which is a normal purchase when you I had been looking at the Cadillac SRX for over a year. The prices of these items seemed to be affordable, which actually made me want the vehicle even more. I decided to stop by this particular dealership, which is close to my house and was greeted as I walked through the parking lot. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and it felt great about the purchase. I scheduled an appointment to come back and upon my return, I was approved and the vehicle was ready for purchase. I was hesitant at first but Scott made it easy for me to decide on the purchase. He's a very professional salesman and had even provided additional assistance with trying to get a lower rate for insurance. The financial portion also went very smooth. Jen was also very courteous and professional and everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Delaware Cadillac for future purchases. More
