Great Experience I was looking for a new truck. Scott explained some of the positives in the Ram trucks compared to the others I was looking at (he also can sell Ford I was looking for a new truck. Scott explained some of the positives in the Ram trucks compared to the others I was looking at (he also can sell Ford and Chevy). He really put 110% into finding me everything I wanted and more! Scott was upfront with pricing and didn't play any sales games, making the whole experience very enjoyable. Scott really cares that your getting a good vehicle you will love for years to come. Scott also helped me get everything set up in my awesome new Ram crew cab Laramie. He even had it shined up with a full tank of gas waiting for me infont of the dealer when I arrived! The finance manager Sam was also great to work with and friendly. Quick, smooth, and honest process. I highly recommend working with Scott and Sam and will return when I need another vehicle. More

I told him to wow me. I had no idea what suv I wanted when I went looking for a new one.I had already been to two other dealerships and was not happy with one at all. Not pleased at all. Well where to begin I bought a brand new jeep wrangler from Kunes. I was very satisfied with the sales man however had a few issues with the jeep one Well where to begin I bought a brand new jeep wrangler from Kunes. I was very satisfied with the sales man however had a few issues with the jeep one if the tops had few scratches on it , and I was getting a loud wind noise and water coming in on passenger side of the bottom of windshield. I explained that in detail when I dropped off my jeep and also sent pics of where it was. Oh did I mention I drove an hour to get there because I thought of course I want it serviced where I bought it I will give them chance to make it right. WRONG got my jeep and the windshield seal not fixed at all, they actually did a repair on the right freedom top seal um ok that wasn't The problem at all.The only positive was that the sales guy I bought it from delivered it back to me. Talk about not listening to your customer the service department really dropped the ball will not be going back. I did have it serviced at another Jeep dealership and there was absolutely no way Kunes Service even looked where I told them the problem was. The body shop I took it to showed me a before picture and seal was not attached properly to the windshield and was in two pieces. Oh and I never even received a call from Kunes Service about my unhappiness with their service!!! More

We had a very frustrating experience with many games being played by other dealers. Scott Bice maintained professionalism during our entire experience with him and went above and beyond to get us into our new vehicle. If/when I ever buy another vehicle I filed his card and hope he's still in the industry! I would recommend anyone who is searching for a mature no nonsense dealer who will work with your needs and wants to seek out Scott at Kunes Country! More
