My car shopping that day was unexpected, but from the minute I walked into the dealership I had a very pleasant experience. Scott asked questions and listened, which is very important. He assisted me every step from sharing thoroughly all options of the vehicle to helping get the deal I wanted. Then Sam stepped in with paperwork, continuing with answering questions and being sure I understood everything. Scott finished with helping remove everything to the new vehicle, He sat in car with me making sure I understood all features, going as far as setting up my Bluetooth, syncing my garage door opener, registering me for uconnect, etc. Being my first experience with Kunes,I am sure it's not the last.
