Bad Customer service I am second owner of a Lexus car. I used to go to Westside Lexus Service Center for all my car needs. I am not going back to this place the customer s I am second owner of a Lexus car. I used to go to Westside Lexus Service Center for all my car needs. I am not going back to this place the customer service is horrible not like it used to be in the past. They are rude starting from the service advisors that do not want to be responsible for the damages the employee makes. I am very happy with my car but the service at this center is so bad I will prefer to drive more to another Lexus that take to Westside. More

Excellent Service with Scott Bissonett I am traveling away from my home in Phoenix, AZ. The alternator on my 1998 LS400 failed while I was in Houston. The Service Technician was able to q I am traveling away from my home in Phoenix, AZ. The alternator on my 1998 LS400 failed while I was in Houston. The Service Technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue within 2 hours of leaving my car and noted a number of other issues. Scott was extremely helpful moving my car through the repair process and was able to identify those items that could wait until I could return to my home Lexus Dealership (Lexus of Chandler) in Chandler, AZ. Thank you again for an excellent experience. Westside Lexus will be my dealer of choice for my LS400 and GX470 when ever I'm in Houston. More
