I got to talk with Glen before coming in to give him an in site of what I was looking for in a car. We scheduled a time for me to come in and right when I showed up, he had two cars ready for me to test drive. Glen even had one of the cars already pulled up to the front of the store when I showed up. Can't wait for future car purchases with Glen and the Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown! More

Rotors Bad My rotors went bad on my ram after 26000 miles after having it . They said it would cost me 675 dollars plus tx. I griped about it and then they gave me a 20% discount to get down to 675 dollars. I would hope that they would have replaced them for nothing since I spent a lot of money for this vehicle with extended warranties and other things. More

Great dealership! We decided to drive a little past our normal range and we were glad we did. We got there later on a Friday night and were met by Scott and Glenn. We felt bad making the guys stay late on a Friday, but they met all of our needs and weren't pushy to make the deal. They were very knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured.
