Not your typical car dealership and in a good way! My husband and I had been looking for a Chrysler Town and Country. We had gone to four other dealerships in the past week. All of which had left us le My husband and I had been looking for a Chrysler Town and Country. We had gone to four other dealerships in the past week. All of which had left us leaving very unhappy and without a vehicle. Our van buying experience changed as soon as we pulled up to Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown and we were greeted immediately by Scott Bornick. Scott is such a great asset to this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was great to point out all the features and to explain them in detail to us so we knew exactly how to use them. Back at the dealership we were introduced to Glen Bornick. He had emailed me earlier in the week about a vehicle and would be further assisting us with the purchase of the van we were interested in. We were hesitant at first to deal with someone else because Scott had been so great but we have to admit Glen was just as awesome! Then we met Steve and we were 3 for 3 for having knowledgeable, not pushy, and just plain awesome guys to work with. We were able to leave the dealership not only with a new van but we also left extremely happy, in a great mood,and with a dealership that we could happily recommend to our friends and family.
