I mentioned that I had financing through my bank, but he encouraged me to see if I could get a better rate through your financing staff. I very much appreciated that Scott never pressured me and let me take my time in making the decision to purchase. Steve Slayton was pleasant, efficient, and made me feel at ease. He found me a lower interest rate loan and also worked with me coordinating an insurance claim. When I came back later to pick up the vehicle, Steve had another lower rate loan. Overall the rate was reduced by 5%; which is huge. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I am very happy to own a safe vehicle that will last me many years. Better yet, I paid a very reasonable price. More

Second car bought from them in less than a year and will be back in another year or 2 to buy a truck to replace our Dodge Ram that we love but will need to replace. More

Worth the drive from Madison for a 2015 Town and Country My wife and I visited Kayser Watertown after visiting two Chrysler dealers in the Madison area. Kayser Watertown also had a better selection of minivans to fit our needs than did any other dealer in the area. All employees that we encountered were pleasant and courteous. Best car buying experience! I had the unfortunate event of my truck being in an accident and left it totalled so I had to get another vehicle! Not only was Glenn so understanding he even took the van off the lot until we got our check so no one else would get a chance to fall in love with it! When it came time to pickup our van they sat down with us and went over everything so we knew how to work everything! I dislike car shopping so much but they made it so easy! And they even got my husband to smile a few times! More
